Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on KineticLaunch (launch.kineticbrain.ai) and other Kinetic products operated by ClanConsulting Ltd., Sofia, Bulgaria.
1. One-Time Purchase Model
KineticLaunch operates on a one-time purchase basis. There is no recurring monthly or annual subscription. When you purchase a plan (Validate, Launch, Dominate, or Agency), you make a single payment for lifetime access to that plan's features. This policy governs refund eligibility for those one-time purchases.
2. AppSumo Purchases
Purchases made through the AppSumo marketplace are subject to AppSumo's Refund Policy in addition to this policy. For AppSumo-specific refund requests, contact AppSumo support directly within their applicable refund window. We cannot process AppSumo refunds on AppSumo's behalf.
3. Direct Purchases — 7-Day Refund Window
For purchases made directly through our website, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee, subject to both of the following conditions being met:
- The refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.
- Fewer than 5 AI credits have been used across your account in total since purchase.
- No data has been exported from your account — meaning no PDFs downloaded, no Markdown exports, and no Brand Context API keys generated.
- No content has been copied to clipboard — meaning no brand content, markdown output, or API keys were copied using copy-to-clipboard actions within the dashboard.
All four conditions must be met. If any condition is not met, no refund is available. This is consistent with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m): the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that has been delivered with the consumer's prior consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal would be lost upon delivery.
4. Express Consent at Checkout
When completing your purchase, you will be required to expressly acknowledge the following before payment:
“I understand that I am purchasing digital content and expressly request its immediate delivery. I acknowledge that my right of withdrawal lapses once any of the following occurs: (1) 5 or more AI credits have been used across my account in total, (2) 7 days have passed since purchase, (3) I have downloaded or exported any data (PDF, Markdown, or Brand Context API key), or (4) I have copied any content to clipboard (brand content, markdown, or API keys) — whichever comes first.”
You cannot complete a purchase without confirming this acknowledgement.
5. Exceptions — Refunds Regardless of Usage
We will issue a full refund regardless of credit usage in the following circumstances only:
- Duplicate charge — you were billed twice for the same purchase due to a payment system error.
- Unauthorised charge — your payment method was used without your authorisation (subject to verification).
- Extended outage — the Services were entirely inaccessible for more than 7 consecutive days following your purchase (pro-rata credit or refund for the affected period).
6. Credit Top-Up Packs
Additional AI credit top-up packs purchased separately are non-refundable once any credits from the pack have been used. Unused top-up credits are not transferable and expire upon account deletion.
7. How to Request a Refund
Email clan.consult.dk@gmail.com with:
- Your account email address
- Purchase date and amount charged
- Your reason, or confirmation you meet the 7-day / under-5-credits condition
- Any supporting evidence (for exceptions under Section 5)
We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer.
8. Your EU Consumer Rights
This policy is designed to comply with EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive) and the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act. The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. You may also contact the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (CPC) at kzp.bg.
